| Born in Venice in 1952, Silvano Rubino qualified in fresco at the State Institute of Art in Venice. He attended the painting courses of Bruno Saetti and Carmelo Zotti at Venice's Academy of Fine Arts. He first exhibited in 1968. Since 1984 he has been working in scene and costume design for theatrical and modern dance shows.
